This is a turn needle piece, Designed by Maggie Walker. I started working on it a wile ago, time to get back to it.
Yea another applique person. I do almost all hand applique. That is where I am the most comfortable. And I love chickens.

Love it! The chicken wire is a really cute touch, as it adds a sense of texture and depth.
I think this is the same one I did....it was a block-of-the-month at Glad Creations in Minneapolis. I did all the outside squares and then looked at the center and thought "no way" so just put 4 together. Here's mine...

I really loved doing it but now I don't think there's much applique in my future.
