This is one of my earlier projects, drew the leaves, sea-grapes, then used pastels to color them.
the frog..layers of machine stitching..then appliqued him..leaving a small opening..to fill with cotton balls.
The spider lily, sketched, used a soft cotton fabric....the dragon fly..also drew..then machine stitched & hand embroidered.
grapes & water were also painted with pastels. I love working with Florida scenes.
