This was made for a gallery show that paired up my friend's glass art with my fiber art. Each one of our pieces had a companion piece in the other medium. This is the only one that I made to look like stained glass.

Hand painted and commercial cottons, glass beads, machine applique and quilted, hand beaded.

25" x 36"

I can truely see the stained glass in this piece.  I love black in my quilts it seems to make everything pop.  I love the idea of companion mediums by different artists.  How fabulous.  I would love to have been to that show.
