Tree bark

The topic for my journal piece was tree bark

This piece was first drawn on washaway and then free hand machined to create the my bark for my tree, and leaves.

Very unique,  I have thought so many times about trying something like this..the trees in the fall & winter are so picturesque. So happy that you have shared this art work.

I really like this piece. It has such a wonderful feeling to it. I love trees and especially the birch and beech with their lighter bark and I think you have really done a nice job in capturing the feeling here. Thank you for sharing. Nancy
