I have always had a very amateur interest in the arts, crafts and quilting movement, more-so now with the introduction to Quilting Arts and Cloth paper scissors. I am not prolific as I work full time, am studying online teaching qualifications, am involved in the local theatre (currently the wardrobe and dancing for a medieval night in Te Kuiti) and some how manage a rather skimpy home life which I much try a bit harder at accomplishing. Ah yes then there is the sporadic activity with the local patchwork and quilting group and the Waitomo Society of Arts (organising the annual exhibition). Joining Quilting Arts is my treat/therapy. I do have a blog. However if you visit it the content is "deep and meaningful" around my teaching and learning studies, and currently serves as the assessment site. So don't be put of by FOC09, Aand E09 or FL09. These are course tabs. I have started adding "Quilting Art" or "Art" or (in the future "digital delights" as tags.
