I'm an artist, painting mostly in acrylics. Nature is my inspiration for most of my work. I really love birds. Quilting, mostly crazy quilting, is another favorite things to do. Since I have been watching Quilting Arts ( and getting the magazine) I have been combining my love of both mediums along with alot of other multimedia ideas. I have been trying so many different things. Black & white Heron was my first real art quilt and then I did Purple Shades.
