My First Quilt Project

Used Melinda Bula's Cutting Garden Quilts for the Echinacea pattern.  Used fusible web to attach flowers and stems, and they were raw-edged machine appliqued.  Flowers were thread painted and free-motion echo quilted.  Used  a continuous line echinacea leaf pattern in the border. Wall hanging measures 33.5" long  x 29.5" wide.
