  • A Woodland Christmas WIP

    A work in progress, a thread painted landscape based on the illustration bySally Holmes. The animals and Christmas tree are thread painted and the trees and cabin are fused. The branches are hand embroidered. More work to be done but hoping to get it finished by THIS Christmas!

  • Cardinals & Chickadees

    My original fused, hand embroidered, fabric art card, photographed as my 2010 Christmas card. This piece was created while on vacation and missing my sewing machines, although the snowflakes and borders were added by machine after I arrived home.

  • autumn branches

    The sparkle is from textiva film. I attached it with mistyfuse, covered it with tulle, used quilt backing for support and hand and machine embroidered on top of that.
