I made my first quilt in third grade! It is now a rag but still tucked in the closet. I did't start quilting seriously until the 90's. I now have a Nolting longarm plus way too much never enough fabric! We recently moved and I now have a huge dedicated quilting studio and more ideas than even I can believe. I love both traditional and art quilts plus mixed media experimentation in quilting. Having abandoned clothing making years ago, I am now once again getting interested in combining all my sewing interests once again. I am married, no children but have 9 cats - all are banished from the quilting studio or everything would be a cat bed. Don't believe the photo of me - that was when I was in my twenties - quite a few years ago! It was cuter than the grey hair I have now! LOL
