I have been quilting for many years but am new to art quilting. I look forward to learning lots of new techniques through my subscription to Quilting Arts and through the community.
I am a teacher by trade and love students of all ages and interests. This year I am teaching Composition at a local University. I tell my students I learn as much from them and their interests as they will learn from me. And once I figure out how to post the picture right side up, I will.
I am a new grandmother for the first time, an event my husband and I were certainly ready for. I have even made Giac his first quilt, my design. I look forward to making many more.
