This wonderful antique quilt from the York County [PA] Heritage Trust was made in 1893. Our pattern instructions show you how to piece the nine-patches using quick strip-piecing techniques, but the small nine-patches could also be made up with 1½″ scraps before sewing into the Double Nine-Patch blocks & sashing.
