… 1A – cut four 2″ Squares
… 1B – cut twelve 2″ x 3 1/2″ Rectangles
Wine … Color #2
… 2A – cut thirty-two 2″ Squares

Pink … Color #3
… 3C – cut four 3 1/2″ Squares
Purple … Color #4
… 4C – cut five 3 1/2″ Squares

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1. Draw diagonal line on wrong side of squares (piece 2A). Referring to Diagram I, layer square and rectangle, right sides together. Stitch on drawn line. Cut away excess fabric 1/4″ from seamline. Press open. Repeat on other end to make flying geese unit. Make 8.

Step 2: Draw diagonal line on wrong side of squares (piece 2A). Referring to Diagram II, layer square and larger square (piece 4C), right sides together. Stitch on drawn line. Cut away excess fabric 1/4″ from seamline. Press open. Repeat on all four corners to make square-in-a-square. Make 4.

Step 3. Assemble 5 rows of 5 blocks/patches each. Sew rows together to make Glitter, Glitter block.
