Episode 318: Quilt as You Go Scrappy Strippy Blocks
Quilt as you go is a great technique to use for creating easy quilts which are wonderful for using up scraps or building with precut 2 1/2″ strip sets. Katy demonstrates building a scrappy strippy quilt block using a quilt as you go method which is similar to foundation paper piecing.
Episode 319: Joining Quilt as You Go Quilt Blocks
In the last episode, Katy showed how to create strip-pieced quilt as you go quilt blocks. Once these blocks are made, they can be joined together to create a full quilt, but how? In this episode, Katy demonstrates joining those blocks together into rows. This same technique can be used to join the rows to complete the quilt.
