… Cut 1 square 11″ x 11″ (oversized for trimming)
Med. dark green print
… Cut 1 each Template A and A reversed

Med. red print
… Cut 1 each Template E and E reversed

Appliquéing the Block
Step 1. Finger-press cream 11″ square in half in both directions; use folds as placement guide.

Step 2. Referring to Diagram I, position template fabrics A-E (in alphabetical order) on cream square. Using appliqué method of choice, appliqué in place to complete Flower of Spring Block. Trim cream square to 9 1/2″ x 9 1/2″ (unfinished).
